This is Robert Coury's first foray into the world of artistic nude photography and self portraiture. Having lived and worked in Alaska for 5 seasons in the early 2000s, the artist began to dabble in the rawness of Man immersed in Nature. His desire to express the vulnerability of the human form in something as grand as the great Alaskan Wilderness can be seen in his poses and expressions throughout this series.
